Closed beta

Try IGUDAR with demo money.

We are testing the platform with about 50 people. Explore properties, simulate a subscription from 25,000 MAD and tell us what works. No real money is involved.

Demo money. Nothing real at stake.
  1. Apply

    A minute, a few questions.

  2. A founder approves by hand

Every application is read by a person.

  3. You get the email with your access

    Then you create your account.

What the beta is

A small, honest test of the real platform. We want to see whether the rules, the numbers and the screens make sense to the people they are built for, before anything is offered to the public.

  • A closed test

About 50 people, let in by hand. A founder approves every account before you get in.

  • Demo money only

Every subscription uses demo money. No real money is collected or moved, anywhere in the beta.

  • Time can run faster

The simulation may run faster than real time: up to a year of activity in about two weeks. You will always see which mode is on.

Who it is for

Urban professionals in Morocco and Moroccans abroad who are curious about owning a share of a rented building, and who want to read the rules before any real money is involved.

What we collect, and why

To learn what works, we record how you use the beta (usage events) and the feedback you give us. No identity documents are stored. Your data is handled under Moroccan personal-data law (Law 09-08), overseen by the CNDP. You will see a consent screen before you start.

What you will do

  1. Explore properties

Read the documents, the fees and the risks of each demo property.

  2. Simulate subscriptions

Subscribe with demo money, from 25,000 MAD per property, and see where it sits.

  3. Receive simulated distributions

Watch simulated rent arrive, net of fees and taxes, as the clock moves.

  4. Tell us what works

Say what was clear, what was confusing and what you would change.

Apply for the beta

We ask a few questions so we can choose a mix of people and learn from each of them. It takes about a minute. A founder reads every answer.

About you
Your interest

This only helps us understand the range. The beta uses demo money.

Consent

Next: a founder reads your application by hand and writes to you by email.

Prefer to go straight in?

Create an account on the platform. You will read and accept the beta consent first, then a founder approves your access by hand.
